We are among you...

Contributed by Dark-Eyed-Djinn: Now a bit about the Djinn, being created by Angels, they naturally are submissive to their higher kin. The way of the mind of Djinn is slightly off the more beaten path, seeing as it sees things quicker then most others, (And Others) they naturally seem to always be far past their years in age, mentally.

Being as the legends have distorted what we as Djinn do, we were never truly "Genies". What few things we did for others was by our own will, to more often then not, mess with people's heads. Like if someone wanted infinite youth and wanted to live forever, they would become a child that relied on other people to live, forever. Having a mental barrier where the most they could learn would be grasp, cry, and suck, no matter how hard you tried to teach them, although this is a little beyond reach, if you ask for help, unless the Djinn like you be wary, and that is why few wish to make a wish upon a Djinn, we take particular glee in our manipulations. Now, as for our history... We, have a relatively large, clan based grouping, and when we have a family feud... a planet or two normally goes up in arms, and the rest watch looking to see what they can glean from it.

Yes, we are a selfish type of Invis, and very much we are manipulative, but when you have a Djinn as a friend, you have a friend for life, unless you double cross him, then well... there have been a few cases of "Invoked accidents" where someone got their due course.
